Eligibility Criteria
Ages 19–59
Minimum language level of CLB 4
Minimum education level of high school
Personal net worth of at least $500,000 CAD
Business ownership or senior management experience:
1. Business ownership must be a minimum 51% in a private sector company, involved in the day-to-day operations as the primary decision maker, supervising 2 employees in 2 years of last 5 years; or
2. Senior manager in a for-profit company and involved in the day-to-day operations as a primary decision maker, supervising 2 employees in 2 years of last 5 years.
